Director of Spa
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the spa
- Train, monitor, and coach the performance of spa team members
- Manage spa team members
- Maintain a professional, clean, and safe spa environment for team members and guests
Requirements
- Prior experience in a Spa environment is highly preferred
- Excellent guest services experience and attitude; approachable, friendly, and professional
- Thorough understanding of Spa offerings and packages
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to create packages and promotions as needed
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and customer service, with a proven track record of success in managing and leading teams. They should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and possess a high level of attention to detail.
Skills
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively is also crucial. Proficiency in Spa operations and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences are key.
