About the role

The Director of Clinical Services (RN) oversees the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health and hospice laws and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of clinical and caregiver services, ensuring the highest quality of patient/client care in accordance with home health and hospice laws and regulatory standards
• Coordinate and manage a team of nurses, therapists, CNAs, aides and social workers to ensure client and patient goals are met
• Recruit, hire, orient, train, supervise and retain qualified clinicians and caregivers
• Assess patient/client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Effectively manage financial resources related to the delivery of quality patient/client care

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in CA with a Bachelors (or higher) degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home healthcare, primary care, or a health facility, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/administrative role (within the last 5 years)
• RN with 4 years of experience (within the last 5 years) in those settings, including at least 1 year in a supervisory/administrative role
