About the role

The Director of Clinical Services at Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is responsible for providing overall direction to the hospice clinical team. They oversee hiring, service delivery, and team performance evaluation, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
• Review and monitor sales and service performances.
• Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objectives and goals.

Requirements

• 5 years in healthcare industry preferred.
• 2 years of experience working in Leadership.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred.
