About the role

Responsibilities
- Visits patients in their home to provide comfort and support.

- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintains accurate records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field (nursing preferred).
- Current license to practice as a registered nurse.
- Experience in hospice care or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
