Job Details

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Director of Clinical Operations to join our team. This position is a critical leadership role responsible for managing and coordinating the overall clinical operations within our healthcare organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations, physician alignment, regulatory compliance, and staff mentorship. They will also have experience in supervising staff and using Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of clinical activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and clinical services.
• Collaborate with physicians to improve patient care and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Manage the implementation and use of EHR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in budget development and monitor financial performance of the clinical operations.
• Lead and participate in continuous quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within healthcare operations.
• Demonstrated experience in physician alignment and staff mentorship.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare.
• Proven experience in supervising staff and managing clinical operations.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
