Director of Clinical Operations
Job Summary
The Director of Clinical Operations oversees Nursing Administrative Services, including House Supervisors and associated operations, as well as centralized and shared staffing resources that support multiple departments.
Qualifications
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (RN)
- Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Texas or compact license
- Bachelors Degree In Nursing required, Masters preferred
- 5+ years of experience in acute or critical care area in hospital environment
- Previous experience managing House Supervisors preferred
- 3+ years of management in healthcare
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Meditech experience preferred
- Strong understanding of throughput management and planning required
