Responsible For
- Developing and executing center-level strategic priorities
- Leveraging center managers and teams to meet performance standards
- Maintaining outstanding customer service and respectful relationships with all stakeholders
- Safeguarding operational efficiency and effectiveness of centers
- Collaborating with various departments to support the overall mission
- Promoting team building, employee engagement, patient satisfaction, and a culture of safety
- Facilitating and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and their employees
- Leading and overseeing day-to-day operations through center managers
- Supporting clinical performance improvement activities
- Collaborating with operations and facilities team leaders
- Assisting in the development of annual operating and capital budgets
- Participating in process and performance improvement
- Actively participating in decision-making committees
- Embracing and seeking continual learning and improvement
- Serving as a community resource for center-related information
- Responding to the needs of patients and clients
Skills And Abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare services, practices, medical terminology, medical billing, and coding
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans, make professional decisions, and propose recommendations
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards, rules, and guidelines relevant to healthcare
- Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix-management environment
- Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Administration in Health Services Administration [Required]
- Master's Degree in Business or Health Administration in Health Services Administration [Preferred]
- 1+ years of progressive management and/or prior director level leadership experience over clinical throughput driven departments [Required]
License And Certifications
- Driver's License (DL) [Required]
- Registered Nurse (RN) [Preferred]
- Registered Technologist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging (R.T.(MR)ARRT)) [Preferred]
- Certified Medical Office Manager (CMOM) [Preferred]
