The Director of Civil Engineering oversees all civil engineering projects within the company, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion
- Ensure all projects comply with local and state regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
