Civil Engineering Director
Your role
Lead and grow a civil engineering team within the NYC market
Oversee project execution, including select hands-on project management responsibilities
Manage financial performance, including revenue tracking and forecasting
Drive business development efforts and secure new projects
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Represent the firm at client meetings, hearings, and industry events
Oversee team operations, staffing, and hiring
Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers
Qualifications
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development
- Experience operating at Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level, with leadership exposure
- Strong track record in client development and relationship management
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
