Key Responsibilities
- Lead CEI operations across Florida
- Mentor engineering and inspection teams
- Oversee transportation projects (roads, bridges, transit)
- Ensure compliance, safety, and budget adherence
- Develop client relationships and business opportunities
- Implement best practices and performance improvements
- Lead staffing and professional development
- Collaborate on strategic growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
- 15+ years industry experience
- Extensive FDOT project experience
- Strong leadership and project management
- Deep CEI and infrastructure knowledge
- Strong communication and client management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- PE license
- Experience in CEI leadership roles
- FDOT program management
- Industry organization involvement
- Proven business growth experience
