Director of Business Excellence

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive SC&O Business Excellence framework
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance
• Benchmark internal processes against industry standards to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with various teams to deploy operational excellence capabilities
• Lead targeted continuous improvement initiatives like Lean and Six Sigma
• Establish a structured pipeline of improvement opportunities
• Drive data-driven decision-making using analytics and performance dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field required
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or operational excellence roles
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders

Pay

$225,000 – $225,000 annually
