About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Real Estate professional to join our expanding team at our DFW office. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a proven track record of success in managing successful teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple departments and external partners to provide quality professional opinions on current and future portfolios.
- Evaluate and manage P&L statements, financial underwriting, and metrics for various real estate investments.
- Manage and monitor the Sales Department Operating Budget for the Market, ensuring legal compliance in all Sales aspects.
- Develop and implement a training program for the Sales team, including software like Dotloop, Flex/MLS, Crexi, AppFolio, and Bold Connect CRM.
- Lead Auben Realty Sales Team meetings, including weekly/monthly meetings, motivational teaching, speakers, trainers, and networking opportunities.
- Plan, execute, and attend networking events on behalf of Auben Realty in the Market.
Qualifications
- Associates degree or greater in Real Estate or related field.
- 5+ years of real estate experience managing successful teams.
- Broker License is required.
- Ability to translate ideas into clear, high-impact communications.
- Good judgment in fast-paced environments.
- Desire to grow and actively participate in continuing education.
- Proven track record of successful leadership in Real Estate.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a sufficient understanding of real estate jargon.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team.
- Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of local, state, and national industry trends and standards.
- Analytical skills to monitor and drive the financial performance of Auben Realty Sales in all markets.
