ICM Solutions is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Branch Management to lead the operational and financial performance of our crushing and screening branch network. This role provides leadership and direction for all branch operations across seven locations and holds accountability for safety, product support delivery, the customer experience, and branch P&L. It directly manages all Branch Managers, who own day-to-day execution. As the primary operational leader for the branch network, the Director of Branch Management drives consistent execution of company standards, achievement of financial objectives, employee development, and a strong safety culture.
