For our client, a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space, we are seeking a Director of Management to join their team. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a mission-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Support the Project Director by ensuring efficient, compliant project execution
- Collaborate with PMT and finance teams to manage budgets and project goals
- Provide accurate and timely project reporting to stakeholders and donors
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Optimize project efficiencies in cost and operations management
- Develop and oversee complete reporting systems for timely client submissions
- Mentor and supervise project staff to support operational needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Health, or Social Sciences
- 12+ years of relevant project management experience, particularly on large, USG-funded projects
- Proven leadership in managing complex, multi-country health projects
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and international development regulations
- English fluency required; proficiency in a second language is an advantage
Pay
$130,000 – $160,000 annually
