About the role

Scovai, a pioneering force in the Talent Acquisition & Recruiting sector, is seeking a visionary Director of AI Transformation to lead the company's enterprise-wide artificial intelligence strategy. Scovai is redefining how organizations build and manage their workforce through a transparent, auditable AI-powered talent platform—and this role sits at the heart of that mission. Reporting directly to the C-suite, you will own the end-to-end AI transformation roadmap, driving the adoption of intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and generative AI capabilities across the organization and its product ecosystem. As the head of the Data & Artificial Intelligence department, you will lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists, translating complex technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes. You will champion responsible AI governance, ensure scalable MLOps practices, and partner with executive stakeholders to embed AI-driven decision-making into every layer of the business. Your work will directly shape how Scovai's platform evolves—enhancing recruitment intelligence, workforce augmentation, and employee lifecycle management at scale. This is a rare opportunity to define the AI agenda at a high-growth company that genuinely believes in combining algorithmic precision with human judgment. If you have a proven track record of deploying AI at scale in complex, fast-moving environments and the executive presence to inspire both technical teams and board-level stakeholders, Scovai offers the platform, the mandate, and the ambition to match yours.
