Director, AI Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications on AI and innovation initiatives
• Partner with marketing to support external AI strategies
• Ensure messaging consistency across AI and technology initiatives
• Engage with legal innovation communities and represent the firm externally
• Develop enterprise change management strategies for AI initiatives
• Serve as a strategic operations lead for the department
• Oversee management of the firm’s intranet and digital workplace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; advanced degrees preferred
• 10+ years in communications or change management, including senior leadership roles
• Experience within law firms or partnership-driven organizations
• Proven track record in leading technology and AI-related transformation initiatives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with intranet and digital workplace platforms
• Familiarity with AI-related client engagement processes
