About the role

StrataBlue is a fast-moving US-based AI solutions agency that builds custom automation systems, voice agents, and RAG architectures for a growing roster of active clients. The role is remote, USA.

• Influence the technical direction of a lean, high-growth AI agency by building reusable IP and proprietary frameworks that scale across industries.
• Work across a diverse portfolio of clients, shipping everything from advanced voice agents to complex agentic workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a high-impact, hands-on building role while leading a technical team, ensuring you stay at the cutting edge of AI development.

Responsibilities

• Architect and prototype custom AI solutions using Claude Code, n8n, and agentic workflows to solve complex, real-world client business problems.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple client implementations, translating ambiguous requests into clear technical requirements, production systems, and launch-ready solutions.
• Direct and mentor a small team of developers, ensuring high code quality through rigorous architectural reviews, troubleshooting, and hands-on debugging.

Requirements

• Proven experience personally building AI agents, RAG systems, and complex automations with LLM APIs within the last 12 months.
• Extensive experience in agency or consulting environments managing external clients and delivering technology solutions while navigating tight deadlines and resource constraints.

Skills

• Technical proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern AI tools such as Claude Code, LiveKit, ElevenLabs, or various vector databases.
