Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, develop, and grow a team of 15 FRC Advisors delivering our 144-point implementation framework to clients
- Set performance standards, conduct call reviews, and build advisor development paths
- Drive consistent execution quality across every client engagement
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new advisors as the team scales
- Own client retention, satisfaction, and outcome reporting across the FRC book
- Build the systems that track client progress against the 144-point framework
- Identify at-risk accounts early and deploy interventions before churn happens
- Convert successful clients into case studies, testimonials, and referrals
- Direct the specialist bench (CRM, data tracking, workflows, media buying, landing pages) that supports FRC clients
- Ensure office hours are high-signal, well-attended, and tightly aligned to client implementation needs
- Coordinate specialist deployment against client demand and advisor requests
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing client-facing advisory, consulting, and customer success teams
- Track record building systems, standards, and accountability structures that scale
- Strong command of Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations
- Experience coaching and developing high-performing individual contributors
- Operator mindset, able to own outcomes and move fast without sacrificing quality
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), marketing automation, and revenue operations tooling
- Background managing P&L or delivery margin for a service line
- Experience converting client outcomes into marketable proof (case studies, testimonials, ROI data)
KEY SUCCESS METRICS
- Every FRC Advisor operates against a clear, measurable performance standard
- Client retention and NPS improve quarter-over-quarter
- Office Hours becomes a defining differentiator in FRC’s value proposition
- The 144-point framework is delivered with consistency across all 15 advisors
- A pipeline of named client wins (specific dollar outcomes, specific timeframes) flows steadily to Marketing
- The Director of Advisory Services role becomes the operational backbone of FRC
