About the role

As a Director of Advisory at Rogo, you will manage our major partnerships and help the largest financial firms in the world create and implement their AI strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute strategies for working with enterprise partners, including training their teams, setting up joint operations, and ensuring alignment.
  • Handle the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial engagement to expansion and renewal.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, understanding both explicit and implicit business needs across partner organizations.
  • Develop joint solutions with customers based on your deep understanding of financial services workflows and ensure Rogo’s benefits are clearly communicated.
  • Collaborate with Rogo’s engineering, product, and GTM teams to deliver these solutions.
  • Track and measure success, setting up key performance indicators and reports.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with important people at partner organizations and ensure their needs are met.
  • Land multi-million dollar contracts and steer Generative AI strategy for the world’s biggest financial services firms.
  • Ensure exceptional user experiences by working directly with users.
  • Directly influence the nature of work in a $1T+ industry.
  • Tackle unsolved product and engineering problems, including the hardest in the world, relevant to Large Language Models (LLMs) in production.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in a front office finance position.
  • An MBA is preferred but not required.
  • Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with delivering results.
