Director, Advisory Services

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Advisory Services to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will guide client engagements that blend data analysis, strategic advisory, and operational insight to help healthcare organizations improve performance. The Director will partner closely with clients and internal teams to shape project direction, deliver actionable recommendations, and support profitable growth across engagements. It is a highly visible position that also contributes to team development, presentation quality, and new business opportunities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $141,000 – $234,000 annually Responsibilities Direct and oversee data analyses to ensure project objectives are met Lead client interviews to determine needs and summarize findings Execute project plans while ensuring client satisfaction and profitability Develop and guide team presentations for client deliverables Manage project budget and expenses while maintaining engagement profitability Identify sales opportunities and help close additional business Participate in training and develop educational materials for the team Qualifications 7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or a related field Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Demonstrated expertise in health systems finance or operations Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams Strong analytical skills and strategic problem-solving abilities Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401k retirement plan Generous paid time off policy Participation in employee incentive programs Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
