Director of Admissions - CCC

About the role

Supports the mission of Concorde Healthcare by providing exceptional patient care in a clinical setting. Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assists with patient care activities including but not limited to assisting with hygiene, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
• Participates in team meetings to discuss patient care plans and updates.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving patients.

• Basic computer literacy.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player attitude.
