About the role
Supports the mission of Concorde Healthcare by providing exceptional patient care in a clinical setting. Works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Assists with patient care activities including but not limited to assisting with hygiene, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs.
- Participates in team meetings to discuss patient care plans and updates.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving patients.

- Basic computer literacy.
- Attention to detail.
