Parkview is searching for the right Director of Admissions to lead our Center’s Census Development process and manage situations for positive outcomes. If you have an established track record of building positive census development relationships and enjoy working with a team that shows a caring approach in everything they do, this is the right opportunity for you.
Qualifications
- Marketing experience, preferably in long-term care
- Knowledge of Electronic Hospital Referral Platforms
- Understanding of Referral Assessment Process
- Basic understanding of Managed Care Pre-Authorization Process
- Basic computer skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
