About the role
We are seeking a Director of Admissions to join our team, focusing on high-volume referral management and strategic growth in the Lowell area.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of referrals, driving appropriate placements and meeting growth targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve budgetary projections.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key physicians, administrators, hospital personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Strategically assess and manage your territory to maximize impact.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and organizational policies.
- Handle admission sign-ins, insurance verification, and insurance authorizations.
- Generate and analyze reports as needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in an admissions capacity within a skilled nursing facility is required.
- Proficiency in PCC, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent customer service skills.
