About the role
Barton Community College is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and student-centered Director of Admissions to lead the admissions and recruitment efforts. Reporting to the Dean of Strategic Enrollment Management, the Director will provide operational leadership for admissions, recruitment, and the transition from inquiry through enrollment.
Responsibilities
- Shape how prospective students experience Barton
- Lead the admissions team
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies
- Work alongside colleagues across the institution to advance enrollment goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two to five years of similar or related experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
