The ideal candidate will shape the cultural fabric of the school community, ensuring Alpha becomes a place families are proud to be associated with, not merely a school they selected. They will own the full parent relationship lifecycle, from initial outreach through enrollment, retention, and sustained advocacy. This role involves addressing challenges discreetly and making difficult judgments about family suitability, while maintaining visibility across various school events and fostering a community where referrals naturally occur.
Responsibilities

- Detect and address misalignments with discretion and judgment
- Maintain visibility in key family gathering areas
- Cultivate a community that families feel invested in protecting
- Communicate Alpha's narrative persuasively
Requirements
- 5+ years building and sustaining trust with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families
- Discretion and poise navigating sensitive, confidential matters
- Proven experience managing and developing people
- Ai-native orientation, fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, and exposure to independent or alternative education models
- Existing relationships within Miami's private school parent communities
- Experience working with internationally mobile, Latin American, or globally networked families
- Ability to adapt to variable scheduling demands
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Background as a head of school, principal, superintendent, or in an equivalent educational leadership position
- Personal or professional exposure to independent or alternative education models
- Existing relationships within the neighborhoods, social organizations, and institutions where Alpha's families reside and make decisions

Compensation
$200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
