About the role

This role is designed to safeguard standards in one of the world's most ambitious educational models. The objective is mutual alignment, not maximum volume.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial inquiry to final onboarding.
  • Facilitate needs-based consultations to evaluate compatibility before proposing solutions or outlining next steps.
  • Track 20+ concurrent family relationships across varying stages of the enrollment cycle, with transparent status tracking and timely follow-up.
  • Guide campus visits, student shadow days, and decision-making discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the ideal candidate profile.
  • Ensure CRM and student information system accuracy (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, exclusive membership organizations, or independently operated services).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
  • Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family engagements at various stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization method.
  • Capacity to share specific examples of advisory decision-making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when fit was poor.
  • Professional-level written communication with senior executives, affluent clients, or discerning stakeholders.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following locations: San Rafael, CA; or Palo Alto, CA.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Background in selective independent school admissions or competitive program recruitment.
  • Experience in premium hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support functions.
  • Track record of developing or improving enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service protocols.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM tools to enhance conversion quality rather than simply accelerating speed.
