Director of Admissions, Alpha - $200,000/year USD
What You Will Be Doing

- Facilitating needs-based conversations to assess alignment before recommending solutions or next actions.

What You Won’t Be Doing
- Applying transactional or aggressive sales techniques.
- Enrolling families who lack alignment in order to meet quotas.
- Supervising a large team or operating within complex approval hierarchies.
- Distributing ownership of the family journey across multiple functions.
- Working remotely. This is an on-campus role by intention.
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years providing premium, personalized service in contexts where service excellence directly shapes brand perception (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or owner-operated services).
- Proven ownership of a full-cycle client, admissions, or enrollment experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family relationships at varying stages, supported by a clear tracking and prioritization method.
- Ability to share specific examples of consultative judgment, including instances where you advised against your product or service due to poor fit.
- Professional written communication background with senior executives, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets: Denver, CO; or Park City, UT.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-have Requirements
- Experience in selective private school admissions or competitive program recruitment.
- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level support.
- Experience developing or refining enrollment workflows, SOPs, or service protocols.
