Essential Functions
- Generates and presents financial statements to CFO on a monthly basis.
- Manages organizational budget.
- Prepares and submits Medicaid and Medicare cost reports.
- Directs internal audits involving review of accounting and administrative controls.
- Aids in the development and implementation of financial management, budget, accounting, and payroll goals, policies, priorities, and procedures.
Other Functions
- Supervises and prepares grant and contract fiscal reports and requirements.
- Directs the installation and maintenance of accounting records, legers, accounts receivable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, operating expenses, and insurance records.
- Directs and participates in cost analyses and rate studies.
- Prepares statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues.
- Collaborates in the preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
- Reviews financial statements with management personnel.
- Directs the installation and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.
- Carries out general support activities and special projects as required.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Master's Degree in Accounting or related field required.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of related experience required.
