Director- Network Access PLL

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision for E9 and E3 systems
• Drive commercialization of the company
• Aggregation Service Manager (ASM)
• Lead product lifecycle activities from concept to end of life
• Define and monitor key business metrics for E9 and E3 systems
• Lead interoperability planning across various PON technologies and third-party systems
• Collaborate with teams to articulate product requirements and use cases
• Support customer proposals by translating technical capabilities into value propositions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in telecom or networking with a focus on access systems
• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
• Deep understanding of PON technologies and ONT/OLT interoperability
• Experience with Layer 3 edge routing capabilities
• Familiarity with the company AXOS platform and Intelligent Access EDGE portfolio
• Knowledge of industry standards (ITU/FSAN) and participation in interoperability labs
• Familiarity with AI principles in networking systems
