Director, National Accounts (Dept. Stores)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have those headings. The content under each heading should be relevant. For About the role we can include the paragraph about the role (the first paragraph after "About The Role") plus maybe the company overview? But the company overview is not about the role. However we could still include it as part of About the role? Might be considered filler but it's substantive about the company. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include company overview somewhere. Since we cannot add arbitrary headings, we could put it under About the role as a preamble. That seems acceptable.
Thus structure:
About the role
Company overview paragraph(s) + role overview paragraph.
Then responsibilities: we need to list duties as- . Could group by subheadings? Not allowed to add extra headings besides those listed. So we just make a single list of responsibilities, each bullet capturing a duty. Could be long but okay.
Then Requirements: maybe list bullet points from "About You" that are mandatory: Bachelor's degree, 6+ years experience, proven experience leading complex department store and prestige retail partnerships, strong financial and commercial acumen, demonstrated success delivering profitable sales growth, exceptional leadership etc. Could be many.
Qualifications: maybe list preferred? Not distinct. Could combine but we need separate sections only if there is real specific content. Could treat "About You" as Qualifications, and Requirements as maybe "Experience"? But we have both. Let's parse: The posting says "About You" includes bullet list: Bachelor's degree..., 6+ years..., Proven experience..., Strong financial..., Demonstrated success..., Exceptional leadership..., Proven people leadership..., Advanced proficiency..., Ability to flex..., Enjoy working... That seems like qualifications. Could treat that as Qualifications. Requirements maybe not separately listed; but we could treat "About You" as Requirements. However we need both sections if we have content. Could we put Requirements as empty? Not allowed. So we need to decide what goes where. Perhaps we treat "About You" as Requirements (mandatory) and Qualifications as (maybe none). But we need to include Qualifications only if there is real specific content. There's no separate qualifications list besides that. So we could omit Qualifications section. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (which includes the About You bullet list), Skills (maybe extracted from that list), Benefits, Pay. That seems reasonable.
Skills: we can extract: leadership, negotiation, presentation, communication, financial acumen, Excel, PowerPoint, business reporting tools, strategic thinking, etc. Could list as bullet.
Benefits: list as bullet.
Pay: include salary range.
Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like "While we outline the experience and skills we believe set candidates up for success, they're a guide - not a barrier." That's generic but still substantive? It's more of a statement. Might be considered filler but it's part of the posting. Could include under Requirements? Might be okay but it's not a specific requirement. Safer to omit.
Also remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes mission statements at end about diversity etc. That's boilerplate? It's about EEO. Should remove.
Thus final HTML:
