What You’ll Do
- Own & Expand National Account Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with institutional owners, REITs, and C-level stakeholders; drive additional revenue within an assigned national account base.
- Drive New Enterprise Growth: Identify and cultivate relationships with large national ownership and management groups (10,000+ units) to expand market presence.
- Evaluate Existing Business: Uncover gaps, expansion opportunities, and incremental revenue streams.
- Lead Strategic Sales Engagements: Develop and deliver customized, consultative presentations aligned to client goals, operational needs, and financial objectives.
- Develop National Sales Strategy: Leverage industry knowledge and business acumen to create and execute a top-down strategy for enterprise growth.
- Align with Regional Sales Teams: Partner closely with regional sales leaders to share pipeline insights, coordinate strategy, and drive execution.
- Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategy and positioning.
- Represent Valet Living Externally: Attend and speak at industry events, build relationships through associations, and expand brand presence in the market.
- Own Forecasting & Performance Tracking: Manage account-level forecasting, budgeting, and revenue tracking to ensure performance against targets.
- Contribute to Talent Strategy: Identify and attract top sales talent to support organizational growth.
Compensation & Work Environment Details
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $144,000 - 176,000
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
- Monthly Commission: Uncapped
- Ramp Up Guarantee: Monthly guarantee during ramp-up period
- Auto Allowance & Reimbursement: Bi-weekly fixed contribution + monthly variable mileage reimbursement
- Work environment: Remote with travel up to up to 35%
