Job Summary and Qualifications

This position is responsible for leading, enhancing, directing, organizing, monitoring, and controlling all operational services in the Women’s & Children’s Care Services Units to ensure cost‑efficient, high‑quality patient care. The role also assesses, plans, develops, implements, and coordinates strategies and tactics of the Business Service Unit (BSU) to achieve optimal financial performance, cost efficiency, business growth, quality performance, clinical superiority, and market leadership. Supervision is provided to departmental managers and staff of the OB/Gyn, Nursery, Postpartum, and Lactation Service Units. The incumbent must possess the knowledge and skill necessary to provide care across the lifespan—from neonates to geriatric patients.

• Five plus (5+) years clinical experience in medical‑care nursing.
• Five plus (5+) years progressive medical management experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
