This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the company’s monetization strategy across pricing, packaging, and business model initiatives
- Drive cross-functional decision-making on strategic opportunities with executive stakeholders
- Develop a high-performing team to enhance strategic thinking and communication
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Engineering, and GTM teams to implement monetization strategies
- Define monetization approaches for emerging business areas like AI and consumption-based offerings
- Bring monetization perspectives to company planning and strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity operations, or related fields in tech companies
- Proven track record in developing influential business strategies
- Experience in shaping monetization strategies including pricing and business model design
- Leadership experience in developing high-performing teams across functions
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas to executives
