Director, Monetization Strategy

You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities

• Own and drive the company’s monetization strategy and initiatives
• Facilitate cross-functional decisions on strategic opportunities with executive partners
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team in strategic thinking and communication
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Engineering, and GTM teams to implement monetization strategies
• Define monetization frameworks for emerging business areas like AI and APIs
• Contribute monetization insights to long-term strategic and investment planning

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, business operations, or revenue strategy within high-growth tech companies
• Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies for complex challenges
• Experience in shaping monetization strategies, including pricing and business model design
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong financial and analytical skills with clear communication for executive audiences

Pay

$258,000 – $348,000 annually
