Director Mission Integration

About the role

The Director of Mission Integration will lead the integration of spiritual and ethical dimensions into the hospital's operations, fostering a culture of healing and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to integrate mission and values into clinical practice and organizational culture.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment between mission, vision, and strategic goals.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on ethical decision-making and mission-driven practices.
• Facilitate interfaith dialogue and community engagement initiatives.
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of mission integration programs and policies.

Requirements

• A Master's Degree in healthcare management, theology, spirituality, behavioral science or related fields.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive responsibility in a related field (e.g., Spiritual Care, Healthcare).
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience.
• Professional preparatory training (Masters level or equivalency) in theology, spirituality, ethics and community health within two (2) years of hire.

$59.97 - $89.21 /hour
