Responsibilities
- Drive assortment growth by expanding product breadth and depth while improving profitability and customer value.
- Build strategic supplier partnerships by identifying, recruiting, and developing relationships with leading brands and suppliers.
- Elevate the digital experience by improving product discoverability, category navigation, onsite search performance, and ecommerce conversion.
- Turn data into action by leveraging customer behavior, market trends, competitive insights, and performance metrics for informed merchandising decisions.
- Lead and inspire teams by mentoring merchandising professionals and fostering collaboration across Marketing, Pricing, Product Information, Analytics, and Supply Chain teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of merchandising experience, preferably within electronics distribution or related industries.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, conversion optimization, SEO, taxonomy, and customer journey strategy.
- Experience building scalable merchandising and product content processes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
