Responsibilities

• Drive assortment growth by expanding product breadth and depth while improving profitability and customer value.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships by identifying, recruiting, and developing relationships with leading brands and suppliers to strengthen market position.
• Elevate the digital experience by improving product discoverability, category navigation, onsite search performance, and overall ecommerce conversion.
• Turn data into action by leveraging customer behavior, market trends, competitive insights, and performance metrics to make informed merchandising decisions.
• Lead and inspire teams by mentoring and developing merchandising professionals while fostering collaboration across Marketing, Pricing, Product Information, Analytics, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of merchandising experience, preferably within electronics distribution or related industries.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, conversion optimization, SEO, taxonomy, and customer journey strategy.
• Experience building scalable merchandising and product content processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for growth, innovation, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
