About the role

As a Director of Marketing Operations and Analytics, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance marketing operations and analytics capabilities. This includes overseeing the implementation of advanced analytics tools, managing data pipelines, and ensuring data integrity across all marketing channels. You will also lead the development and execution of performance metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of advanced analytics tools and platforms to drive insights and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage data pipelines and ensure data quality and consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting and analytics dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Lead the creation and management of performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guide marketing strategy and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven strategies into marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in data handling and analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets to derive meaningful insights.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages relevant to data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI and machine learning tools to enhance marketing operations and analytics.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Experience with data storytelling and creating compelling presentations to senior leadership.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Pay
