As our Director, Marketing Operations & Analytics, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across our network of 130+ dental practices. You'll combine data, technology, AI, and marketing expertise to increase patient acquisition, improve campaign performance, and deliver measurable business results. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive patient growth and practice performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing programs, including digital advertising, SEO, paid search, social media, email marketing, reputation management, websites, and local marketing.
- Partner with Operations, Partner Doctors, and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Use analytics, AI, and automation to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Build scalable processes, reporting, dashboards, and best practices that support continued growth.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience in multi-location healthcare, dental, retail, franchise, or local market environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience developing high-performing teams.
- Must be located in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
- Proven success leading marketing strategy across multiple locations or business units.
- Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and analytics to improve marketing performance.
- Expertise in digital marketing, campaign optimization, SEO, paid media, reputation management, websites, email marketing, and marketing analytics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and maximizing return on investment.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
