Position Summary

The Director, Marketing Analytics is responsible for marketing campaign segmentation for predictive modeling, test‑and‑learn experimentation, and analytics that inform acquisition, retention, and pipeline performance. This role blends a strong marketing background with hands‑on data science, partnering closely with the Director, Marketing Analytics – Campaign Strategy to translate models and experiment results into campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data analytics to generate insights for enhancing marketing and volume, and create visualizations using tools such as Tableau.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the health of marketing contribution to pipeline, customer acquisition, and penetration.
  • Evaluate and recommend data‑science tooling, platforms, and infrastructure to support scalable modeling and experimentation.
  • Design, build, and maintain predictive and machine‑learning models (propensity, attrition, response, attribution) that drive marketing acquisition, retention, and pipeline decisioning.
  • Own the marketing experimentation function: design, execute, and govern A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring statistical rigor and clear go/no‑go recommendations.
  • Partner with the Director, Marketing Analytics – Campaign Strategy to operationalize model outputs and test results into campaign segmentation, contact strategy, and dialer execution.
  • Drive process excellence to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead strategic initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Perform personnel managerial duties including goal setting, performance monitoring, coaching, and ensuring associate engagement.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years of prior supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building predictive/ML models and leading structured experimentation (A/B, multivariate) in a marketing context.

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

  • Strategic thinking with exceptional attention to detail in execution.
  • Hands‑on leadership style.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills to determine program effectiveness.
  • Proficiency with statistical and modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and experimentation platforms.
  • Budget management experience and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent organization and planning abilities.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships across Finance, Loan Servicing, Sales, Operations, and IT.
  • Collaborative mindset to achieve results with cross‑functional teams.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • On‑site work at the assigned office location; this is not a remote role.
  • Regular and punctual attendance adhering to leadership‑established schedules.
  • Flexibility to work occasional adjusted schedules, overtime, evenings, or weekends to meet deadlines or business needs.
  • Work in a cubicle hub with background phone conversations; maintain focus despite noise.
  • Sedentary work in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Repetitive motions required for computer operation, typing, and managing phone calls.
  • Effective verbal communication in English, including accurate information exchange.

Additional Information

All employees must have smartphones that meet company security standards and can install apps such as Okta Verify and Microsoft Authenticator. Employment is contingent on this requirement. Management reserves the right to modify, add, or remove duties as necessary.
