Data

Leverage advanced analytics, cohort tracking, and A/B testing to continuously optimize messaging, timing, and spend.

Collaboration

Partner with product, analytics, legal/compliance, and branch teams to align retention with broader business goals.

Team Development

Coach, mentor, and upskill two direct reports with structured feedback and a growth mindset.

Compliance

Ensure all communications adhere to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and consumer finance regulations.
