Who You Are
- 5+ years of CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success developing data-driven CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue
- Expertise in email, SMS, push, and cross-channel lifecycle marketing; Iterable experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience in segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Collaborative leader with experience managing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent project management and communication skills
What You'll Do
- Lead the lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, push, and other owned channels
- Manage and mentor a high-performing CRM team while driving execution across customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Develop personalized customer journeys using segmentation, automation, and first-party data
- Partner with Product, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business growth objectives
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize customer journeys, and identify opportunities to increase engagement and customer lifetime value
- Champion testing, innovation, and emerging CRM technologies to continuously improve results

Pay & Schedule
- Salary Range: $175,000 – 220,000 annually, based on experience
- Location: New York, NY – Hybrid (4 days on site, 1 remote)
