About the role
As a Director, Lifecycle Marketing at our company, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty across all touchpoints. This includes managing campaigns, analyzing data to inform future initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer retention and acquisition
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and other digital marketing initiatives
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for targeted marketing efforts
- Work closely with the analytics team to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and journey mapping
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of marketers
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools in marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience
