Director, Lending Counsel - Top Tier Global Bank

We are currently partnering with a leading global bank that has continued to expand its U.S. presence and is looking to add a senior lending attorney to its growing legal team. The Director, Lending Counsel will work closely with the bank's lending business across a sophisticated range of financing transactions, including syndicated and secured lending, trade and commodities finance, receivables financings, and letters of credit. Key Responsibilities: Advise on syndicated and secured lending transactions across multiple market sectors. Provide legal guidance on trade and commodities finance, receivables financings, letters of credit, and other complex lending products. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and operational agreements. Partner closely with business teams, senior management, and outside counsel. Requirements: JD from a top-tier law school. 6+ years of finance experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house with a financial institution or leading Bank. Strong experience across complex lending and financing transactions. Knowledge of bank regulatory matters and banking-related laws and regulations.
