Experience and Skills

• Experience with LMS and instructional design technologies such as Workday Learning, Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Adobe Captivate, 7Taps, Skillsoft, Camtasia, and similar platforms is strongly preferred.
• Strong people leadership and organizational management capabilities, including team development, coaching, performance management, strategic workforce planning, and leading high-performing teams through large-scale learning and change initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Field of study in instructional design, educational technology, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a related field [Required]
• 7+ years of experience in learning design, instructional technology, or online education [Required]

Pay Range

$127,310.90 - $236,789.66
