For our client, we are seeking a Director Learning And Development to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment. Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to assess learning needs using data and analysis Design learning strategies to enhance employee performance and client experience Develop training plans that align with company goals and employee development Collaborate with experts to create engaging, scalable learning solutions Deliver training across various formats, emphasizing skills like leadership and sales enablement Coach employees to enhance performance and build critical business skills Monitor and refine training effectiveness based on metrics and feedback Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful learning programs Experience with diverse business functions, including Sales and Client Service Strong instructional design skills across multiple learning formats Coaching certification and/or practical coaching experience Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) plan with company match Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave Professional development reimbursement opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
