What you'll do:
- Define and lead CLEAR’s talent management and succession planning strategy to strengthen leadership pipelines and organizational capability
- Build and scale talent development programs, including onboarding, manager training, leadership development, and high-potential initiatives
- Partner with People Partners and business leaders to design and execute talent reviews, development plans, and succession strategies for critical roles
- Leverage data and insights to identify talent trends, measure program effectiveness, and continuously improve ROI across all initiatives
- Develop and implement inclusive, equitable talent practices that expand opportunity and strengthen internal mobility across CLEAR
How you'll measure success:
- Strength of internal talent pipeline and succession coverage for key roles
- Audoption and impact of leadership and development programs (e.g., engagement, retention, promotion rates)
- Measurable improvements in manager effectiveness and team performance
- ROI and effectiveness of talent programs through defined KPIs and analytics

- Base salary range for this role is $145,000.00-$180,000.00, depending on levels of skills and experience
