For our client, we are seeking a Director Learning And Development to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment. Location: Saint Petersburg, FL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Design and implement scalable learning and leadership development programs Collaborate with senior leaders to assess capability gaps and develop solutions Facilitate leadership development programs for various levels of leadership Partner with Talent Management for executive development opportunities Measure program impact and continuously improve based on feedback Promote a growth mindset culture across the organization Create educational resources such as playbooks and job aids Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 10-15 years of general experience in Learning & Development 6-10 years of managerial experience in a relevant field Financial services industry experience preferred Familiarity with instructional design models and learning technologies Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life, critical illness, and accident insurance Disability benefits Retirement savings plan Paid time off for vacation, holidays, and sick leave Parental leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
