About the role

The Director of LCCA Planning & Acceleration plays a pivotal role in transforming Workday into a world-class, AI-powered organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, this position requires a proven track record of delivering high-impact results, fostering a collaborative culture, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-impact results by partnering with the CLO and LCCA Leadership Team to define and execute strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute an annual strategy that aligns with Workday’s key goals and objectives, ensuring shared accountability.
  • Operationalize processes and procedures to support the execution of LCCA’s priorities, defining success metrics and overseeing progress.
  • Evangelize the impact of LCCA’s work to internal stakeholders and external partners, highlighting its contributions to Workday and customers.
  • Drive operational excellence by evaluating, refining, and optimizing the LCCA rhythm of the business, including meetings, stand-ups, and leadership off-sites.
  • Cultivate cross-company engagement and alignment with key senior partners, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination.
  • Maximize efficiency and vendor partnerships by forecasting spend, managing budgets, and streamlining processes to drive value and efficiency.
  • Nurture a culture of collaboration and development by maintaining a strong connected LCCA culture, assessing team feedback, and implementing plans to grow the team.
  • Lead a team of finance and program management professionals, investing in their development and growth through education and skill-building programs.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in business operations, consulting, or program management, consistently delivering excellence.
  • 5+ years navigating the enterprise SaaS landscape, serving as a catalyst for change and a champion of team culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
