About the role

The LCM Director leads a team responsible for providing prompt and best-in-class support for ProMach equipment over its lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing LCM solutions, managing budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee LCM solutions including retrofits, upgrades, service, and spare parts.
  • Manage department expenses and ensure continuous improvement of core processes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through technical support, field service, and training solutions.
  • Interface with internal departments to address and resolve issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement based on customer and team feedback.
  • Optimize processes to streamline costs.
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects through SAT and closure of punch list items.
  • Deliver world-class service to customers, including training, maintenance, and technical assistance.
  • Oversee warranty efforts and customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and maintaining strong connections with customers.
  • Develop and execute an annual strategic LCM sales and marketing plan.
  • Leverage ProMach Business Intelligence to improve business processes and identify revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of prior management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of packaging and/or capital equipment.
  • Excellent leadership skills and prior oversight of budgets/P&Ls.
  • Ability to interface effectively with customers and internal departments.
  • Previous sales and customer management experience.
  • Self-motivated, sense of urgency, personable, customer-focused, and well organized.
  • Willing and able to travel at least 25% of the time.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Pay

Placement within our salary range is determined based upon years of directly relatable experience for your position. Total compensation includes your pay, potential short-term incentive opportunities, and benefits.

Schedule

ProMach offers a flexible schedule to accommodate travel and other commitments. Domestic and limited international travel 15-20% is expected.
